How To Install A Sanitary Pneumatically Actuated Ball Valve?

Some preparatory work before installing sanitary pneumatically actuated ball valves

Make sure that the sanitary ball valve keeps the two pipe flanges parallel to the shaft part of the installation pipeline to ensure that the pipeline can bear the weight of the valve and itself. If it cannot bear these weights, some brackets of the right size should be equipped.
Determine whether there are impurities, weld scars, etc. inside the pipeline, and be sure to clean and dredge the pipeline before installation.
Check whether the factory nameplate of the sanitary ball valve meets the installation requirements, operate the sanitary pneumatically actuated ball valve fully open and fully closed several times, confirm whether it can operate normally, check all the small details of the valve, and confirm that the ball valve is intact.
Remove the protective cover of the valve body and check whether the valve cavity is clean and tidy. Since the raised surface of the ball valve is spherical, even small impurities may cause damage to the raised surface.

Install the sanitary pneumatically actuated ball valve

All pipelines of the sanitary pneumatically actuated ball valve can be installed and arranged at the upstream end. It should be noted that it must be installed vertically so that the ball valve and the inlet and outlet are at the same horizontal plane.
The flange of the sanitary ball valve and the flange of the pipeline should be designed and installed with corresponding gaskets according to the requirements of the pipeline.
The flange bolts should be tightened symmetrically, continuously, and evenly.
