How to Install Flange Butterfly Valve?
1. Before installing the flange butterfly valve, check that all parts of the pneumatic butterfly valve are intact and the model is correct. Check that there is no debris inside the valve body and that there are no blockages in the solenoid valve and muffler.
2. Place both the valve and cylinder in the closed position.
3. Collision the cylinder onto the valve (installation direction can be parallel or perpendicular to the valve body), and then check if the screw holes are aligned without too much deviation. If there is a slight deviation, rotate the cylinder body a little and then tighten the screws.
4. After installation, debug the pneumatic butterfly valve (under normal gas supply pressure of 0.4~0.6MPa). During debugging and operation, the solenoid valve must be manually operated to open and close (manual operation can only be effective after the solenoid valve coil is powered off), as well as the opening and closing situation of the pneumatic butterfly valve. If during the debugging and operation process, it is found that the valve has some difficulty in opening and closing at the beginning, but then it works normally, it is necessary to reduce the cylinder stroke (adjust the stroke adjustment screws at both ends of the cylinder to be slightly inward, run the valve to the open position, and then turn off the air source before adjusting) until the valve opens and closes smoothly without any leakage. It should also be noted that the adjustable muffler can adjust the opening and closing speed of the valve, but it should not be adjusted too small, otherwise, it may cause the valve not to move.
