How to Select the Pneumatic Accessories?
In the use of pneumatic valves, it is usually necessary to configure some auxiliary parts to enhance the performance of pneumatic valves, or to improve the efficiency of pneumatic valves. Common accessories for pneumatic valves include air filters, directional solenoid valves, limit switches, electrical positioners, and so on. Pneumatic technology will be air filters, pressure-reducing valves, oil mist, and three air source processing components assembled known as the pneumatic triplex, used to enter the pneumatic instrumentation of the air source purification and filtration and decompression to the instrumentation to supply the rated air source pressure, equivalent to the function of the power transformer in the circuit.
Types of pneumatic valve fittings:
Double-action pneumatic actuator: two-position control of valve opening and closing. (Double acting)
Spring reset type actuator: If the circuit air circuit is cut off or fails, the valve automatically opens or closes. (Single-acting)
Single electrically controlled solenoid valve: Valve opens when power is supplied and closes or opens when power is cut off (explosion-proof type available).
Double electronically controlled solenoid valve: The valve opens when one coil is energized, and the valve closes when the other coil is energized, with a memory function (explosion-proof type available).
Limit Switch Return Signaler: Transmits signals of the valve’s switching position over a long distance (explosion-proof type available).
Electrical positioner: according to the size of the current signal (standard 4-20mA) on the valve’s media flow regulation and control (with explosion-proof type).
Pneumatic positioner: according to the size of the pneumatic signal (standard 0.02-0.1MPa) of the valve’s media flow regulation and control.
Electrical converter: the current signal into a pneumatic signal, and pneumatic positioner supporting the use of (with explosion-proof type).
Air source processing triplet: including air pressure reducing valve, filter, oil mist, air source pressure stabilization, cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.
Manual operation mechanism: automatic control can be operated manually under abnormal conditions.
