Description of Pneumatic Triple-eccentric Hard-seal Butterfly Valve

A triple-eccentric hard-seal air butterfly valve is a valve (valve plate) that rotates around a fixed axis perpendicular to the channel. It is composed of a piston double-acting or single-acting (spring return type) pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve. It is a rotating high-speed valve. Performance-type regulating or shut-off valves, equipped with electric-pneumatic valve positioners or solenoid valves, air filter pressure reducers, and limit switches (valve position returners), can realize the proportional adjustment and control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline. Two-position cut-off control enables automatic control of parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of fluid media. Features ofMetal Seal Air Butterfly Valve

The butterfly valve air has a small operating torque, which is the smallest operating torque among all valves. It opens and closes quickly. It uses compressed air as power, and through the mechanical transmission of the piston rack and gear, the valve stem rotates the valve plate with the torque output by the angular stroke. 0 ~90°, it can quickly complete the opening and closing action. It has a simple structure, small size, lightweight, small flow resistance, large flow coefficient, good sealing performance, and large adjustment range. It is the execution unit of the instrument in the automatic control system.

The pneumatic actuator adopts a piston cylinder and crank arm conversion structure, with large output torque, compact size, and a fully sealed and waterproof design with a high protection level. The cylinder body adopts a mirror cylinder with no oil lubrication, a small friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings adopt boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil lubrication to ensure that the transmission shaft does not wear.

The Butterfly Valve adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate, and has a sealing function that becomes tighter as you look.

The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance no matter under low or high-temperature conditions and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.

The sealing surface of the disc is made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing. The sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a quilted frame structure, which has high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.

The butterfly valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium or affected by the spatial position during installation. It can be installed in any direction.

The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90° or 180°) for user convenience.
