Description of Ultra-low Temperature Electrically Actuated Ball Valve

Electric ultra-low-temperature ball valves undergo special low-temperature treatment, in which roughly machined parts are placed in a cooling medium for several hours (2-8 hours) to release stress, ensure the low-temperature performance of the material, and guarantee the finishing dimensions to prevent the valve from leaking due to deformation caused by temperature changes in low-temperature working conditions.
For media temperatures higher than -50 ℃, generally do not use a long neck structure. For ball valves with a medium temperature lower than -50℃, the neck length is generally 250mm, or determined according to the design and calculation of our company.
Electric ultra-low temperature ball valves are mainly used for the output of liquid cryogenic media such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc. It is one of the indispensable and important equipment for the petrochemical industry, air separation, natural gas, and other industries, and its quality determines whether it can be produced safely, economically, and continuously.

Features Of Electric Motorized Ball Valve
